Cookie Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and understand how you interact with it.
2. Cookies we use
Essential cookies
These are required for the website and dashboard to function. They cannot be disabled.
- Authentication cookies (Supabase): maintain your logged-in session on the dashboard. These are first-party cookies set by our Supabase authentication provider.
- Theme preference: remembers your light/dark mode choice.
Analytics cookies
We may use analytics tools (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand how visitors use the marketing site. These cookies are anonymous and do not identify you personally. If we implement analytics, this section will be updated and a consent mechanism provided where required.
At present, the Flowgate marketing website does not set any analytics or advertising cookies.
3. Third-party cookies
The marketing site does not embed third-party tracking scripts, social media widgets, or advertising pixels. Two pieces of content come from other services:
- Our video (YouTube). The preview image loads from YouTube (i.ytimg.com) with the page, which shares your IP address with Google. The player itself loads only when you press play, from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube may then store data on your device — see Google's privacy policy.
- The booking calendar (Cal.com). The widget in the "book a call" section loads as you scroll towards it and may set its own cookies — see Cal.com's privacy policy.
We don't use either for tracking or advertising.
4. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent the dashboard from functioning correctly.
5. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if we start using additional cookies. Check back periodically or review the "last updated" date above.
